Inauguration ceremony of Assalam Mosque and Attaw fiq School
 នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ វិហារអ៊ីស្លាម អាស់សាឡាម និងសាលារៀនអាត់តាវហ្វីកត្រូវបានដាក់សម្ពោធឲ្យប្រើប្រាស់ជាផ្លូវការក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្តម ឡា ឡៃ រដ្ឋើលេខាធិការក្រសួងធម្មការ និងសសានា។ អញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីមាន ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ហូសេន​ មហាម៉ាត់ហ្វារីត ទីប្រឹក្សាក្រសួងធម្មការ និងសាសនា និងជាប្រធានអង្គការសម្ព័ន្ធបញ្ញវន្តមុស្លិមកម្ពុជា(CMIA) ឯកឧត្តម ស្លេះ ណាស៊ី ទីប្រឹក្សាក្រសួងព័ត៌មាន លោក រូមី ហូសេន ប្រធានអង្គការ Nouvelle Optique ម្ចាស់ជំនួយ និងប្រតិភូមកពីប្រទេសបារាំង ឥស្សរជនសំខាន់ៗក្នុងជួររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ព្រមទាំងបងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋសិស្សានុសិស្សជាច្រើននាក់។           ក្នុងរបាយការណ៍សាងសង់របស់ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ហូសេន​ មហាម៉ាត់ហ្វារីត បានបញ្ជាក់ថាៈ ដោយមើលឃើញភាពជាក់ស្តេងនៃការខ្វះខាតវិហារអ៊ីស្លាម និងសាលារៀន អង្គការ​ CMIA ក៏បានសហការជាមួយអង្គការ Nouvelle Optique គៀងគរសប្បុរសជននៅក្រៅប្រទេសដើម្បសាងសង់ វិហារ និងសាលារៀននេះជូនអ្នកភូមិទួល ឃុំឈូកស ស្រុកកំពង់ត្រឡាច ខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំងសរុបជាទឹកប្រាក់ប្រមាណ៣ម៉ឺនដុល្លារអាមេរិក។ ក្នុងប្រសាសន៍សំណេះសំណាល ឯកឧត្តម ឡា ឡៃប្រធានគណៈអធិបតី បានលើកឡើងថាដោយសារប្រទេសកម្ពុជាមាន​ សម្តេចតេជោជានាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងដោយសារការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយគតិបណ្ឌិតរបស់សម្តេច​ ទើបកម្ពុជាទទួលបានសន្តិភាពពេញលេញ ហើយយើងក៏មានឳកាសបានស្គាល់គ្នាទាំងមិត្តភក្តិមកពីបរទេស ហើយសមិទ្ធផលដែលយើងបានទទួលបាននៅពេលនេះគឺមកពីក្តាសន្តិភាពតែមួយគត់។ដូចនេះយើងទាំងអស់គ្នាចាំបាច់ត្រូវរក្សាការពារសន្តិភាពនេះឲ្យបានគង់វង្ស។ នៅបញ្ចប់ពិធី ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក៏បំពាក់ជូននូវគ្រឿងឥស្សរិយយសជូនប្រធានអង្គការម្ចាស់ជំនួយ សប្បុរសជននានា និងក្រុមការងារដែលមានស្នាដៃផងដែរ។

 On June 14, 2023, the Assalam mosque and the Attawfiq School were officially inaugurated under the high presidency of His Excellency La lai, Secretary of state, the Ministry of Cult and Religion. The ceremony was attended by His Excellency Dr. Hosen Mohamad Farid, Advisor to the Ministry of Cults and Religions and President of the Cambodian Muslim Intellectual Alliance (CMIA); H.E  Sles Nazy, the advisor to ministry of Information,  Mr. Roumi Hossein, the president of Nouvelle Optique, and the delegates form Franch,  the Important people  in the Royal Government, as well as many people and students.           In the construction report of HE Dr. Hoseen Mohammad Farid stated: Seeing the real shortage of mosques and schools, CMIA has calibration with Nouvelle Optique to mobilize overseas philanthropists to build the Mosque and school for Tuol villagers, Chhouk Sor commune, Kampong Tralach district, Kampong Chhnang province. About 30,000 US dollars. In his speech, H.E La lai, Chairman of the Presidium, said that because Cambodia has Samdech Techo as the Prime Minister and due to the wise leadership of Samdech, Cambodia has achieved complete peace and we also have the opportunity to get to know each other and friends from oversea and the achievements we have achieved now are from the only peace board, so we all need to maintain this peace.
