New Big Darul Nukman Mosque to be constructed in Kandal Province was support fund by Johor Islamic Religious Council ,Malaysia
 The Muslim Community in Chamleu Village , Koh Thom District Kandal Province to receive a new Mosque donated by Johor Islamic Religious Council of , Malaysia 

In the award and acceptance fund ceremony for Darul Nukman Mosque    Construction organized at Sunway Hotel in the evening of 8 March 2016 with the presidency of H.E Dr. Min Khin , Minister of Cults and Religions Dato Nooh Gadot , Advisor Johor Islamic Religious Council at Sunway Hotel in the evening of 8 March 2016.and the Officail Ground Breaking Ceremony was done on 11 March presided over by H.E Dr. Hun Manet , representing the    Prime     Minister of Cambodian. 
H.E Hosen Mohammad Farid , The Advisor to Ministry of Cults and Religions and also the Chairman of Cambodian Muslim Intellectual Alliance which received fund to construct the Mosque reported that the Mosque will be cost 700,000USD in total ,but for the time being the CMIA received 1,278,509 RM equal around 300,000 USD from Johor Islamic Religious Council ,       and another 60,000RM from Malaysian generous men through Hjh Zaharah Bt. Raja Sulaiman . It is largest Mosque in Kandal Province or can be the second largest in the Kingdom of Cambodia , he added.
